WindClock-III
A full description of how to make and install your own WindClock-III will be provided here.
Current development state:
- installed a raspberry pi 3 with a sensehat
- python coded all data for realtime request available in a file
- installed localtunnel software for communication but it is dropping out (bug)
Future work:
- so now trying to solve this (install a nginx server? use web sockets?)
- then: adding a waterproof temperature and ambient light sensor
- building a case for hanging it up and responsive to wind (physical calibration)
- simple visualisation/sonification on the pi
- client-side for data capture (katastrof interpretation and sonification)
More details and progress the coming weeks…
